The goal of this project was to re-create an attractive, coherent process for first time skiers. We replaced the typical paper form with a kiosk application that uses an understandable language and graphics to speak directly to the first time skier. Additionally, we redesigned the lift ticket to provide the skier with their individual rental information, as well as a custom trail map highlighting suggested slopes.
